Nick will be the new Head Pro at Oakton Swim and Racquet Club and is a USPTA Elite Professional and PTR Level 2 Professional with nearly 20 years teaching experience as a head tennis professional, director of tennis, and varsity tennis coach. Currently, he is Flint Hill’s Assistant Varsity Coach for both boys and girls. He serves on several organizational committees for the USPTA including as the State President of Ohio and the Midwest ELEVATE committee. Nick has received several awards including Lessons.com Top 10 instructor 2020 (Northern Virginia), PTR’s Member of the Year (2013), and was named the Washington Post’s High School Coach of the Year in 2010. He specializes with developing junior tennis players using a progression based format. He believes in developing relationships first. By building positive, trusting relationships, he believes that anyone can learn the game of tennis.

She has been coaching tennis to juniors and adults since 2002. She is also the head coach at First Serve Tennis Academy. She values every opportunity to be a mentor and role model working to promote a positive, safe, and player-centered learning environment. As a tennis coach, I’ve been teaching at Kim Grant Tennis Academy in Palo Alto, California and volunteered for a day at the John McEnroe Tennis Academy in New York. Coached at the Fairfax Racquet Club in Fairfax, Virginia & Tuckahoe Tennis Club in McLean, Virginia as an Assistant Head Tennis Coach. As a certified tennis coach, Adriana been teaching for the past 20 years helping juniors win Orange Ball tournaments and getting them accepted to play tennis on their high school varsity teams all over the entire DC metro area.
