I was the head coach of a Boys Lacrosse program in Wilmington, NC and am currently the head coach of a High School mens team in Raleigh, NC. I have been conducting private lessons for the past five years for players of all skill levels and ages.

Went to college to for lacrosse. Played 4 years at Meredith college and became a team Captian my senior year. Graduated with an exercise sport science degree in 2024. I am currently a coach for club 91 working with class 2034’s, I have been with them 2 years now!

I am & Have Trained 20 + Division 1 & Division 2 Men & Women Athletes in multiple sports that are long-term Client’s. Coach Avante has Coached Guy Highschool, Travel and recreational teams for 9 yrs from the grades of 4th to 18+ Prep Teams.
